Absolutley Right!
ICF was enabled by default without any prompt.
This showed up in:
Start>Settings>Network Connections>Internet Connection etc...
As I work behind a hardware firewall in the router and ZoneAlam Pro it is hardly necessary to use the Windows XP Firewall as well!
Microsoft does come up with some funny ideas.
