As far as I’m concern, by definition, I always got told during my training that Helicopter are located under the CAT I approach operation (max 91kts, DH 200 ft, RVR 500 since heli) if there are no CAT H procedure specified.
Can someone help me out ?

I know NHV recently received Lower Than Standard (LTS) Cat I approval in Denmark, for their 175s, with 130 ft and 300m minima.
