Feedback from HR - left me a bit more confused, upset and cheesed off.
Apparently, everything was great, apart from my employment record (too much management - obviously would have been better off on the dole or working the tills in tesco). The other issue is their own fault. If they are worried about people being trained up and leaving for new pastures - then why the heck don't they have the students bonded to NATS like the RAF do? I'd have sold my granny to go to Hurn. Lucky for her, that can't happen now. Unluckily for me, the impression I gave the ATCO wasn't what HE wanted and I somehow doubt that my CV or application forms were referred to.
NATS loss may well be someone else's gain.....
