It's hard to say. I'm not aware of any central info source tracking that so the answer to your question would be anecdotal. I assume by "majors" you're referring to DL, UAL, AA, SWA, etc ?
Green card holders ? Probably, yes. They're always treated them like US citizens.
Visa holders ? I think the E3 intake has slowed down or maybe largely stopped. Some ACMI carriers have taken E3s but I'm not sure where that stands lately.
Other types of visas, it's hard to say. Spirit hired a bunch of visa holders but the company now has some ominous financial issues and furloughed a bunch of pilots.
Beyond that, I don't hear much about visa holders being hired. Someone will come by here and add their knowledge.
