I am having he same problems with losing HDG on my 2023 206. It is under warranty but after 18 months I still have the problem which is getting worse. With mine it mostly happens when flying broadly south.
I have had 2 new magentometers and a new AHRS unit but still have the problem. Wiring has been checked and an additional earth strap fitted to bond wing to fuselage but I still have the problem which is incredibly frustrating with a brand new aircraft
The latest suggestions that Ive had are to fit a new wire connection direct from the mangentometer to the AHRS to bypass the wiring loom and connections and to fit a second magnetometer in the other wing - both of whcih I am hoping to try soon.
Any other suggestions or solutions would be very very much appreciated
