In theory you don't need any third party software, just put
Microsoft Remote Desktop on your Android phone, set your PC to allow remote access and hope. You are then dependant on the security of both Microsoft and your password.
I haven't tried it and Remote Desktop on Android doesn't review well. Remote Desktop itself when used Windows to Windows or Windows to Linux works well.
