The positive review is genuine, there were 6 FO’s with Jan 2022 start dates that have now been promoted to CA. The timeline checks out.

the new flydubai 2020 - onwards is very different and pretty much as per the review.
the only thing I would disagree with is that EK get way more in terms of compensation, yes they get more but not significantly more, me and my neighbor hold the same rank as CA and he earned around 4,000 AED more than me with similar hrs.
for day to day net pay, it’s neither here nor there.
The EK provident fund has higher contributions. we worked out around 35% more goes in to his pot compared to FZ.
