I have never flown Airbus, but at a guess your second example, which notes single engine operation, has implications for stuff that slows you down on the roll out i.e. thrust reversers available only on engine 1? I am assuming, of course, your first example is two engines running. I am also assuming that the loss of green and yellow hydraulic systems doesn't affect the availability of thrust reversers.

Alternatively, does single engine operation reduce how many wheel braking packs are available for the roll out?

An Airbus 330 soul will surely be able to convincingly answer your query. 😉
