If "Rolled it" implies this: Looks to me the tank got transported "the easy way" (IE not chained up), and once the truck did have to brake, the tank just continued, flattening the cabin. I'd say "yes" ;-)
I never considered it rolling forward under transporter braking and crushing the cab, then rolling off, that makes sense.
I did see a Chieftain once on an M40 roundabout, sitting upside down on its turret, it having rolled off its transporter.
