The webinar should give you many tips to prepare for the challenge ahead of you. Apart from that I'd like to offer you a little piece of advice for preparation, GET FIT!
the first 6 months of the program is a slog and you need to be fit and healthy to sustain your focus and learning capability, it is scientifically proven that a fit and healthy body helps with brain function. There's a lot of information to consume at ground school. So, get into a good routine of exercising regularly, doesn't matter what it is (Football, Gym, jogging etc.) as long as you're doing something that raises your heart rate lol. Also, HYDRATION!
sooo very important for the body and brain to optimise performance, drink plenty of water. All this will benefit you as well when you go for your Class1 medical, the healthier you are the more chance you have of getting through that without any hiccups. Good luck for the future with BA!
