Which is the reason why the right seat is required to monitor the left seat actions and callout any omissions. And reality shows he will probably have to shout, LOUD, no matter how "seasoned" the left seat is. And if the right seat SHOUTS any of the well defined words, the left seat better listen. THAT is called CRM.

CRM is required because we realise we are all prone to stupidity. The "execution" only comes in different flavors depending on time availability.
