Yes of course we are that picky. This is not "the big airlines". This is operating to the same level of professionalism the "big airlines" would expect, plus more. We need to know we can spend 6 days with you, count on you to help out, to be able to do your own job properly, and think ahead of the game and practively operate whilst on duty. One flight you're flying a CEO of a multi-national, the next a sports star/celebrity. This isn't an average gig. so why would you expect an average assessment.
