I cant remember the exact name of the legislation, sure someone here will correct me, but former US military cant use their skills gotten in US service, for the benefit of other country with out the express written permission by the State Department. I also believe you are a non active reserve for 8-10 years, non active reserves cannot serve in another countries military with out permission of the DOD. Know a pilot doing lateral transfer from US army to ADF and this was one of the fences he had to jump
