So yes it should be possible, but I believe you have to be in the process of converting your licence to UK CAA (if you don’t already hold one).

That’s what I understood as well as there are no references on their website regarding any restrictions other than being able to sustain expenses for the visas -which I’m willing to- and be able to convert to a uk license which again by the best of my knowledge I should be eligible. I had a uk license issued in 2017 with APTL credit exams done before brexit.
