They are different companies in all aspects, so don't follow same rules. Just the chairman is the same for both. Don't expect policies being changed in one to affect the other. They just adjust independently to adapt to market needs to attract people.
I doubt the numbers of 250 pilots resigning after bonus was received to be true. There are constant resignations, however to my knowledge numbers were far from those.
At the moment, it is not possible to move from FZ to EK. FZ pilots are banned.
