I must say that I am in the same predicament! I have been considering taking the course myself. I have posted a similar topic and got the same response as you that questions etc can be asked on here.
My reasons for taking the course however, would be to show the airlines that I am enthusiastic I suppose!! But i think you can show enthusiasm on both the application form, and of course it should shine through at the interview. I think the course plays on the fact that it will somehow put you at an advantage - but it would only be teaching what you would learn anyway on training courses and customer service experience is more important I should think!
