I'm thinking the same as an ethnic minority, from the pictures it seems to be male dominated as well as mostly caucasian employees but that might be based off of applicant success rather than interviewer prejudice.
too much of a coincidences if you ask me … however I spoke to current NATS employee and they ensure me, they’re not racist . Hard to believe when minorities aren’t getting selected …
