This is purely speculation, but when I went to book my interview I think I saw 3 weeks of interview slots available, so 15 days. For the speedy interviews, it states that there will be 8 desks, and it sounds as though there are 3 things which will be done simultaneously so each day will be split into 3 groups of 8 to do the technical task, speedy interviews and group exercise. Putting it at 3x8x15 candidates, which is 360 candidates for 200 positions. So maybe slightly better odds than 1 in 2, more like 56% chance of getting through. Again that's purely speculation, maybe someone who got through last time knows more about the structure of the assessment day.
