Even more pointless since foreign fighters are likely to be in the same small number of units and therefore their position on the front - or rear - is going to play a determinative effect on the number of casualties. Progressing beyond tat, how are you going to account for the differing number of Nepalese or African widows who may/may not wail about theri losses in webspace ? Not much to recommend in your way of estimating losses.
In Wikipedia there is a number of foreign soldiers KIA or captured from each side. Not 100% accurate but much closer to true numbers. 500000+ Russian casualties that is posted every second page doesn't sum up. Unless ALL Russian soldiers in the front are dead. Do you have any number of Russian troops in the front the last two years?
