I’m a black man applying for this position however through the website and the videos I’ve watch , theirs a lack of diversity. My question is to anyone who works for them , will my skin colour put me at a disadvantage ? What’s is the ratio of coloured people as air traffickers?

In 20 years of working as an ATCO, I've never heard anything derogatory. The vast majority of us couldn't care what colour you are, what you look like, what you wear, who you want to cuddle etc. Yes, you'd be in a minority but like I said the vast majority of people couldn't care less. It will not be a disadvantage.
Don't let it put you off applying - I appreciate that's an easy thing to say for a middle aged white man, but it's a great job with a great bunch of people.
