Before you even make that appointment I would recommend you get all your notes including both operation notes, the discharge letters and especially your latest cardiac catheterisation (if done postoperatively) and ECHO report. Without these it will be difficult to advise. I suspect your second operation will be more relevant than you imply in your post and you will need to satisfy the authorities that your anatomy has been corrected, you have normal cardiac function, and no pulmonary hypertension.
