I guess the delays could be for anything, but I think if they just told people if they were successful or not, without offering contracts at this point, it would make life a lot easier. Nearly 3 months after the assessment is getting on a bit, and would just help people sort other life plans if they haven’t made it through. Either way, if you’re one of the people that gets through this will be a distant memory soon

This seems most logical I reckon. Confirming numbers, more hopefully, will require 1) more money, which takes an age for businesses to do 2) more cohorts? An additional cohort will require more planning, more hotels, more training, more instructors etc 3) more paperwork!
I think had they confirmed numbers they would’ve let people know and then issued contracts later.
think what would help now is if they do like a zoom or something to tell us exactly what the delay is and why rather than just saying paperwork.
but oh well it’ll come when it comes
