4/ be warned however that Spain has a bad reputation for speaking Spanish only, even on aviation R/T; though this appears to be improving over the last decades;
5/ you may have your own reasons, but why Sevilla, or Spain at all? Myself live in Portugal, not too far from LPCO Coimbra, and I think the field may fit your purpose very well. For one thing, Portugal has much more affinity to English.
