I am leaving my airline due to the sheer incompetence of the crewing dept. They speak to us like they are above us, fail on a regular basis to communicate crew changes and then call you, asking why you have missed a flight that you weren't aware of in the first place. Then they have the cheek to hang up the phone on you rather than admit their mistakes. Also called my friend out for a flight an hour after he had landed from a night LPA, and called him a liar when he protested and informed them he had just returned. Just one of the regular cock ups we have to endure.
I have never had the misfortune to work with such an arrogant bunch of fools who clearly are in the wrong job.
Those of you joining an up and coming charter at LGW/MAN/GLA this season beware.........crew morale is at it's lowest and with these incompetents in charge things can only get worse!!!
