that 4.9ghz is a spoof. U want lower frequencies to penetrate trees buildings etc. The 410 to 525mhz on the real video TX pic is likely the real frequency range.
Seems a pretty cheap and off the shelf component and a good way to get around current jammers - and I don’t think they plan to use them indoors. Also deconflicts frequencies if being relayed through a larger drone.. e.g.
