Yep, this still happens regularly, especially with CCM!!! They know they do not know the books so they abuse that fact!

Guys...READ YOUR OM part A chapter 7 and make sure you understand
Always demand proof in writing of these so calles DCAM deviation! Otherwise without that its your ass on the line if something happens....
Just today another Captain jumped ship on the 320 fleet....a very descent and experienced guy but he was not willing to put up with the !!!! anymore...
I wish him ALL the best....more will follow anyway. I told you guys this so called "gift" was not going to be enough....
