Used to work in crewing myself, and some of the confrontations that I had amazed me. It seemed that people just didn't understand CAP 371 or their scheduling agreements. I appreciate that crewing has an ultimate ruling over quality of life in some instances, but as was said earlier it goes with the territory, and there is never a need to swear at someone simply for doing their job. Fortunately, our phone conversations were recorded so anything that was said could be replayed.
On the other hand, there were an amazing few who were always helpful, no matter what time of the day and that really made crewing easier!
I think It was great experience working in crewing myself as when I eventually become aircrew, I will know what im letting myslef in for!
