The way Crew speak to their Crew Controllers
Just witnessed some horrific exchanges between an innocent crew controller just doing her job and a no1 cabin attendant that refused his duties because of not wanting to fly on that aircraft type, despite being checked out!!
What gives them the right to be so ***** rude? If you don't like it do something else instead!!!
