I don't think that I would consider getting any opinions from ex employees, especialy ex Horn Island pilots. Why ? The disgruntled ex employee thing ?
I am certainly not disgruntled. Regional provided me with a vital step along my career path, and I am very grateful for all that they did for me, and the opportunities they gave me to develop my career.
I still maintain contact with the company.
