You can fly in UK airspace in an EASA reg aircraft, you just can't fly a G-reg aircraft in UK airspace without doing the 100hrs + validation route.
Out of curiosity, is it possible to hold both a UK
AND EASA PPL? If one did their training in the UK, could they theoretically just sit the theory and skills test with an EASA ATO to get both?
