Nothing has been discussed as to how the pay clause is going to be changed. Are they going to directly change 53:24 to 60 (for example)? This will result in an effective pay cut for more minimum work.

Any increase in MGH must result in an increase in base pay. But as AIPA has it, there’ll be more flying being done, for less pay AND a 2 year pay freeze…
If you honestly believe that AIPA is advocating an increase to MGH without a commensurate increase in salary to maintain the hourly rate, email or call a rep.

I read it as both hours and salary increasing so the hourly rate would be preserved. Otherwise that element would have been listed under ‘offsets’. I also think the vast majority of pilots understand what an increase MGH means.

I think you’re jumping at shadows.
