I just noticed your reply here, same advice you gave me on my post.
I would like to affirm that this is so far what Czech CAA has confirmed, if your licenses fulfils both EASA requirements and the TIP-L bilateral agreement with FAA, "Theoretically" you can get everything done in one check ride on a multiengine IR certified aircraft, the caveat here as we discussed previously is to get the ATO to let you rent the aircraft just for a check ride.
I will let you guys know how my experience will be as I progress, but first I gotta get the ATPL theoreticals and file some IFR plans
Cheers
