As SLF, I would like to state that what I saw on the news tonight when that horrible !!!!! from Ryanair angrily announced the 50p surcharge - well, it's guaranteed that this passenger will never again fly with the airline that makes Van Hoogstraten look like Mother Theresa. They're an absolute bloody disgrace and I for one hope they pay dearly for this.
