Here is a hint;
If you are flying at Vx, you maintain speed with elevator, it doesn't matter what the throttle setting is, you won't stall.. The throttle setting will be directly related to excess power, or climb performance, full throttle maximum excess of power, that is power in excess of that required for level flight.
