It’s an interesting point - most airlines want to see an awareness from new pilots about their sustainability efforts and what crew can do. The thread about Single Engine Taxi is a case in point - and an awareness that saving a couple of hundred kilos on the taxi out is not only an environmental plus but will give you more thinking time at the other end if it’s needed. An awareness of CDAs, the balance between an efficient descent and energy management etc…. It’s all important stuff and great when new CPLs have clearly done their research at interview on this stuff, as it shows a really well rounded and professional approach.
