Question Help, Centre of Gravity (Weight and Balance)

Hi all,

OK, I am done with the Ground School material from three different sources. But this expression (question) caught me off-guard.

What does this mean "The Centre of Gravity range of most aircraft reduces as the aircraft mass increases". What does "reduces" mean in this context please? Does it mean move forward OR move aft?

The options were

A] The forward C of G limit moving rearwards to reduce stability.
[B] The aft C of G limit moving forward to increase stability.
[C] The aft C of G limit moving rearwards to extend the static margin.
[D] The static margin moving forward to reduce manoeuvrability

I chose option [B], to me, that is the only one that made sense. Also because the calculations we make were subtractions (reductions) while doing the W&B exercises.

Any help would be greatly welcome!
