Luxair assessment and selection process 2024
Hello fellow Aviators,
as rumours say, Luxair changed their entry procedures recently and switched from the DLR to Mollymawk psychometrics. From what I've heard, also the process of the interview etc should've changed but I don't have any further details.
Is there anybody who recently (guess they must have changed it in March or April 2024) sat the Mollymawk and or did the whole selection process? If so, I (and many others here) would probably enjoy some proper feedback and some good tips and tricks on how to prepare for the Mollymawk, interview, group games and so on.
