Just got the invite for the maths test, will do it tomorrow morning with a fresh brain. Any non-specific prep advice greatly appreciated.
Full disclaimer- only did mine today so no idea if I passed or not, but I used the links BA provide in their pre-test guidance as well as purchasing a battery of practice maths tests. I also used a physical calculator (Casio FX-85GT PLUS) which I’d used for Nat 5 (GCSE) maths, so I’d heavily recommend using a similar calculator, and getting used to using it. The maths itself isn’t super difficult, concepts such as percentages, speed distance time etc, so may be worth revisiting those depending on level of recent experience. Definitely also check the practice questions that BA supply on their pre test preparation pdf which come with a
very useful explanation. A lot of users on the forum comment about issues with time, which is why I’d recommend getting used to working rapidly with a certain calculator and trying out a variety of aptitude tests.
