Assuming you want a serious answer.
Moray Firth suggests R.A.F Kinloss. The Shack is a Mk.3. The only Mk 3 Sqn at Kinloss in 1961 was 120. The sub looks to be British, either Porpoise or Oberon class. I do not recognise the inverted gentleman. No rank markings or brevet are apparent. His uniform has a button below the belt, which suggests that either he is wearing an old pattern officers uniform or an airman /NCO uniform. His watch is on his right wrist, which suggests he may be left handed. Sea state 3, moderate swell.
Aprt from that, not much to tell.
