I know its probably pushing it, but is it possible to have the overlay in feet and knots instead of metric?

The GoPro cameras have GPS sensors ect. So those speeds are all groundspeeds. There is a software package that allows you to take the encoded data and put it on your video. This is my son's video, I'll have to ask him what the software package is.
On one of his videos he says "The overlay is done with the GoPro telemetry extractor software."
