I have noticed recently some CPs have built new relationships with some of the quality training places that still exist (no they are not all bad!), and pulling in crew that way. I see one CP has lured half a dozen new recruits from one provider over the last year or two.
It would be worthwhile for some owners and CPs to build relationships with CPs from flight schools. Works out for both parties. You get an honest opinion from someone who has watched the student grow from nothing to a license. I reckon there is still half dozen decent outfits across the land that offer good training. Don’t let those students slip away.
