I have to disagree with you on that one.

Every airline is currently hoovering up GA pilots as quick as they can. Entry minimums are lowering all the time. They can’t get people in fast enough to satisfy projected growth. Any charter pilot with a couple of years experience would be eligible to apply for most airlines now.

Cadetships are great and a good source of pilots, but I don’t think they make the GA source redundant any time soon.
