Pension reference number
OR National Insurance number
Full name and address
Date of Birth

To enable us to verify your identity please ensure your enquiry includes:
- Your full name
- Date of birth
- Your unique pension reference number or National Insurance number
- Full postal address including postcode
If you have not provided us with enough information to verify your identify we will contact you to request the details we require.
Without full verification we will be unable to access your records and therefore will not be able to respond to your enquiry.
Once the verification process has been completed, we will register your enquiry and it will be dealt with in line with the timeframes below:
