Certainly is. Up close and personal photo from the
Central West Daily shows it to be not-quite-right.
Why on earth the Fuzz have declared it a crime scene though has me flummoxed...
EDIT: Doesn't look to be a stall/spin prang, there's bugger all damage to either wingtip, looks more like like they've done a full somersault over the radome.
