The airport was good during covid. Now it is standing room only in departures unless the passenger is willing to pay or knows the hidden areas of free seating which is outside the departure lounge. The bonus since October is the 10 to 15 minute slog to get to the pick up area from the terminal. It all feels uniquely Luton and is a lesson of how not to develop an airport.
And it's all Rosie at well planned airports with lots of room in West Midlands, Essex & even Norfolk at the moment!
