Mildura has a high rate of Itinerant population, but I doubt many would continue to use Bonza unless their reliability improves. The demand that Bonza has seen in that area at least is more curiosity, and some decent marketing, the lack of reliability has cost them a lot of repeat loads though from what I've heard. I doubt there is anyway they can sustain regular profitable loads though, there's just not enough regular travelers for a regular 737 load. Except maybe two flights a week at peak times in peak seasons, unfortunately those peaks occur at every other country port at the same time and then you have a week of dribble. The rest of a the week frequent Dash or SAABs meet demand easily. There's already a lot of grumbling from country ports that have lost their frequent SAAB service in favor of a once or twice a day Dash at poor timings, if that, makes it hard to commute for a day trip for appointments and such, so they have to book to stay overnight and so on.
