I don’t think you can turn that around regardless what you do. Likely too big of a machine into such a location.
Not sure how long they intend of giving some of these routes. I would assume 2 years would be suffice. I wonder if a low cost route to the Sydney basin would work.

AB MQL routes are
Sunny Coast 2 weekly
Melbourne 2 weekly
Goldy 2 weekly but this has only been running a few months
So for the majority of the past 12 months there have been just 4 return services per week
4 x 2 x 188 x 52 is 78,208 which is way short of your 110,000 available seats
Factoring in Gold Coast for 3 months adds around 9,500 available seats
So around 88,000 seats over the year or a LF of 57% with Gold Coast included
That said, I can not find a press release anywhere supporting your claim of 50,000
