I just came across a brochure one of my colleagues passed on to me some years back, perhaps after returning from the Avalon airshow. Thought I would scan it and post here realising that more current info is probably provided on the Kopter website than this "Preliminary Technical Data".
It was also interesting to note that for HB-ZXB on cover of brochure, the horizontal stabiliser hangs below the tail boom, just as on Bell 505 and now also R44 and R66. But on side profile on reverse of brochure, the stabiliser is more integrated with the tail boom. I can see that is also the case on HB-ZXC, their third prototype. I wonder if that change in stabiliser attachment arrangement was always planned?
