You are correct it’s great right now AND it’s looking very bright the next couple you years. I don’t think you appreciate what you’d be leaving in the US. Yes you can get into a larger aircraft faster in the ME yet for that privilege (and because of the low “barrier to entry”) you will consistently earn about 50% less and have 50% less days off and very little job security compared to a U.S. pilot flying smaller equipment. There’s good reason why most of the Americans at EK/QR/EY happily left widebody CA positions to start over back home at the bottom.

Stay in the US for your own sake!
