Consider these when thinking of JOINING FLYNAS
Flynas has been losing foreign Captains since last year due to various reasons. Mostly, because there are better deals, better working environment, better work culture and ethics, professionalism and a lot of better things outside the kingdom.
So, when one Captain leaves Flynas.
He will not get a letter of No accident or incident. GACA will not issue this, because they don't have it in their system.
He will not get a Certificate of time, records of training are also held back. They will not even stamp his logbook.
All you will get is a released letter, same as a no liability letter. That is after you paid your remaining bond or if you completed your contract.
So, you come here with all your valid credentials and you will leave with nothing. Even the GACA ATPL will have to be surrendered before leaving the company. Why? I don't know why... They will just take it.
Beware of Flynas. The aphorism "all that glitters IS NOT GOLD" apply so much to them.
